Replacing the furnace filter should be done at least once per month during heating season. Not replacing the filter will reduce the heater’s efficiency and reliability, and may even cause a safety hazard. Fortunately, replacing the furnace filter is straightforward. To replace your furnace filter, locate and remove the access panel on the furnace. Then remove the old air filter and replace it with a new filter. Watch the video clip for more information about replacing your furnace filter.

At Presidential Heating and Air Conditioning, we provide air conditioning service in Montgomery County, including filter replacement services and HVAC repair.
