Presidential Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is owned and operated by Wendell Nixon and Dave Minnick. We've been providing superior service to our customers since 1981.
Our goal is always to provide you with environmental systems expertise, whether you own a commercial or residential building, or need installation or service.
For our residential customers, we provide both service and installation. We repair all makes and models of equipment and offer free estimates. Also, as a Factory Authorized Carrier Dealer, we can install or design any type of heating or cooling system required in your home or light commercial building.
For our commercial customers, we're proud to provide operations and maintenance, installation, systems design and project management. We provide full-service maintenance, full and partial HVAC system replacement, and we can retrofit older buildings with new systems or install systems in new buildings from the ground up.
We also offer Geothermal sources and Harman Pellet Stoves!
