Job requirements and duties

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred).
• Scheduling calls and optimizing route solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, reliable work history, dependability and honesty are essential.
• Must be able to complete work in a professional manner.
• Learning and using a field service management software.
• Making cold-calls in order to drive service calls.
• Working with a team to make profit goals.
• Finding solutions to service customers’ needs.
• Calling customers to collect on past due accounts.
• Working within Microsoft office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
