Each year Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) recognizes just one service manager as the best of the best in the industry. This year our local manager—Craig Sabol, of Presidential Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. in Gaithersburg, MD—was the outright winner.
The Service Manager of the Year Award recognizes a leader in an ACCA member company. It spotlights an individual who goes above and beyond the normal scope of a service manager to make the company more successful.
“It’s truly an honor to be recognized by one’s industry peers,” said Sabol. “And, although my name is on the award, I couldn’t have done it without the Presidential team members, who work together 365 days each year to provide the kind of service our customers deserve.”
Serving Maryland for Over 37 Years
Presidential Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. in Gaithersburg was founded over 37 years ago by owner and president, Wendell Nixon. “From the very first day, our mission has guided our company success—honesty, superior customer service, and the highest quality system installation around,” said Wendell. “Year-after-year, the Presidential team has continued to meet and surpass those ideals, without cutting corners. That’s why we still serve many of the same customers from our first year in business.”
As a direct result of our dedication to quality in four key areas—products, people, service, and installation—Presidential has built its foundation on customer loyalty and trust. With a complete satisfaction guarantee, the Presidential team won’t rest until the job is done and their customers are happy with their work.
